Ur-idea

An Ur-idea is an meaning complex, which is a large, perhaps infinitely large set of concrete and discrete imaginable variants of the same basic idea. The central idea is what unites, what is common to all in this set.

The difference between the conceivable, concrete and discrete elements of this set produces the variety of imaginable different elements of one basic idea. The difference  is also an expression of the different relationship of the individual elements of this Ur-idea to other elements of other sets of Ur-ideas.

Ideas are the only thing a spiritual being can deal with. We humans can only understand ideas and experience ideas. Our ego, our consciousness is only concerned with ideas.
