Organization – the Principle
The principle organization is one of the early Ur-ideas that has recognized the creator of the universe. Without the principle of organization there would be no matter in universe. Consequently, there would be no solar systems and no living creatures on the earth.
The Entanglement
The entanglement is the fundamental inner relation of all organizations in universe. The special feature of entanglement is that a number of individual entities combine to form a new entity, to produce a new individual of a new entity. All entangled entities still remain separate individuals, physically separated from all other entities within the newly created individual.
They entangle fo a common goal which they all support.
In contrast to entanglement, if several individual entities merge into a new entity their individuality ends. They combine a new entity which may achieve new attributes or new capabilities or summarize their abilities to a higher level.
In an entanglement of multiple entities to an organization of entities a new entity is created. All participating entangled entities now arrange themselves under a common objective of the new entity.
All win in the new entity (organization) which has atleast greater power to achieve their individual goals with the new power of the entanglement by coordinating their individual skills for the common goal.
Supports the current common goal no longer the long-term goal of an entangled individual, then that individual entity can be released from the entanglement.
- From the wide variety of matter more complex matter structures are becoming entangled.
- From the various unicellular, complex multicellular organisms are becoming entangled.
- Of the varied human individuals, increasingly complex human organizations are entangled.
The whole universe tends towards the knowledge continuum.
